Partner Organizations and volunteers may create content (“Content”), such as videos or long-form content, driving supporters to The Union’s website. However, The Union is not responsible or liable for any Content, nor is The Union responsible for reviewing any Content prior to its dissemination. The Union will not defend or indemnify any Partner Organization or volunteer for Content.

Partner Organizations and volunteers may not produce or disseminate any “coordinated communication” within the meaning of 11 CFR 109.21 or any other reportable in-kind contribution under applicable federal or state law, in connection with The Union, except in accordance with applicable source restrictions and contribution limits.

Partner Organizations and volunteers may not use The Union logo in Content without the express written permission of The Union, nor may Partner Organizations or volunteers state, imply, or otherwise give the impression that the Content is endorsed, approved, or paid for by The Union.

The decision to post, retweet, or otherwise promote Content is solely within the discretion of The Union, and The Union has no obligation to post, retweet, or otherwise promote Content.
